  This guy.. Tried to reason with him. Bought 3 pack of pens, was on vacation when got back asked employee how the pens were and they said 2 packs were good and 1 was bad. I communicated with the seller. He acted like I was trying to steal from him. Some pens? Look at our feedback. We are honest people. I just wanted a partial refund for the bad pens. Not worth wasting my item talking to someone who acts this way. Take you well deserved NEGATIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Item wasn’t shipped until a full week after purchase, and was sent with just the retail box wrapped in thin plastic. The box got smashed, which is a shame because it looks new in the pictures. The item inside seems to have made it undamaged and appears to be in new condition as described in the listing.
