    I reached out to this seller to let them know that the item I received, that was listed as new was broken. I made the suggestion that I hope they wouldn't false advertise, and sell something as new when it wasn't. They responded in a very rude manner, and told me I was being snippy, and accussed me of making thinly vailed assumptions. Rude. Rude. Rude. They did offer a refund. Lesson learned.
