    Onkyo TX-SR707 7.2-Channel Home Theater AV Receiver. The item was poorly packaged and damaged in transit. The item emits a humming/buzzing sound from all the speakers. I had to purchase a replacement for this as it sounds like 1,000,000 fluorescent lights humming overhead. Seller did NOT disclose the humming/buzzing sound and does not accept returns so there is no reason for me to contact the seller for resolution. This was a horrible experience for the buyer, so buyer beware of this seller.

    This unit had no issues at all when sold. I have used it for two years, with no humming or buzzing. AS for packaging, I know it was packaged very well, i have shipped many units over the years. If it was damaged you should have taken pictures and filed a claim. I don't accept returns on electronics. BUT I would worked with you if this was an honest review.

    Item arrived exactly as described by the seller, unfortunately the battery is not charging despite multiple chargers used and attempts. Reached out to the seller and he did not hesitate to issue a refund and was honest, battery is an older model so I’m sure it just wore out. I appreciate the sellers transparency and quick action in resolving this issue. Thanks again. Highly recommended!
