  Hi, I received the item (which looks brand, BTW), but unfortunately have a problem with it. The mechanism will not latch on the razor. I push it down but it will not stay latched. If I hold the mechanism down the unit will start but stop as soon as I take my hand off. It won’t even latch without the razor in it which my old unit did. Not sure what to do at this point. I took a video of it but can’t attach it.
