    I thought it was coming from the USA as a book and not a flash drive. I bought this for my 90 yr old dad who doesnt have a computer. I cannot use this for him. He wanted a book.

    I was searching for a Bently Service manual, all the other listings showed a CD / or some item that reflected this was a DIGITAL delivery. Seeing the price I was this a reasonable BOOK to be shipped from Poland. I receive tiny package in the mail and it was a DIGITAL PDF of this book. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY as I already had the PDF of the manual on my computer BEFORE i purchased this. I wanted the PAPER BOOK. DONT show the BOOK picture if it's NOT a BOOK. Bait and Switch.

    When I bought the catalog I thought I was buying a book and a thumb drive showed up in the mail I don't have a computer I wouldn't know how to put a thumb drive and a computer if I had a computer so I'm a little confused and just I don't know what I'm going to do with it see you

    Thank you for your message. Just to clarify, the auction description mentions in several places that the manual is sent either on a USB pendrive or by email. You can also download it directly to your phone or tablet using the link I always send in chat after purchase. I’m sorry I didn’t meet your expectations this time. I hope next time will be better.
