    Order arrived in an open box. When I picked up the box, the items literally fell out of the box. They came much dirtier than I expected. I requested a refund and the seller was rude. No apology , not willing to help. After some arguing ,the seller did eventually sent me the refund shipping labels. The whole situation made me feel icky and gross so I donated the units to the charity store place. I never checked if the units functioned properly. i would never buy from this entity again
