I love this leave in conditioner and have been missing it since it was discontinued. Thank you for providing something I love without a hefty markup like many other sellers of this product.     When I received these they smelled rancid so I immediately asked to return them. The seller said I could return them as long as they were unused which they were. Then after the seller got them back they tried to keep my money anyway, saying that they couldn’t refund me because they would need to throw away the product because I opened them but they was never sealed to begin with so they were just trying to come up with an excuse to keep my money AND the product so beware of this seller.

    Buyer WAS refunded the whole amount. Product was not rancid or expired. All three had seals removed and Two tubes were returned Used with product pumped out. All were fresh and sealed when shipped. If buyer didn't like the first tube, why open the rest. This is abuse of the return system. We have no problem refunding a buyer if the product has gone bad or is expired. That is not the case here.
