    I didn’t receive the correct foot for the second monitor or the foot is broken.

    We actually remove the feet, during the packing process. This is to ensure we dont mix those up, and to also make the packaging more compact. You probably just need to remove the first foot you put on, and swap them. Its likely one foot fit the other stand better.
