    The DVD arrived loose in its case. I can only hope that the DVD hasn't been scratched. The case seems to have a small crack in it. A more careful packing might have prevented this from happening. Also, the DVD arrived, but not in a timely manner. Perhaps I am just used to merchandise that I have ordered, arriving more promptly. The DVD case and the loose DVD inside, give me reason to doubt the appearance of the DVD and question the value of the item I have purchased. I hope I'm wrong.
