I can no longer afford this at the department stores so was thrilled to find some on ebay after I had used mine up. It is the real deal with proper box and product stamp. Telling me that this couldn’t have ever happened and how their reviews are all positive. I came at the situation nicely and said “things happen” and please package differently but after the seller made me feel like it’s my issue I was over it. I’m out the money and out the perfume. It was wrapped tightly in bubble wrap and in a padded envelope. You stated the bottle leaked completely out. You sent me a picture of the the back side of a empty clear bottle. I asked for a picture of the front showing the label of the item I sent or of the damaged box and make sure it was the same product so I could refund you. You would NOT do that and got upset that I asked for another picture.
