I received a damaged item and promptly contacted the company regarding the issue. They acknowledged the situation and indicated a replacement would be sent. However, it's now been over a week with no update, no tracking number, no replacement, and no further communication. At this point, I’m evaluating all available options to resolve this matter appropriately.
