    Placed an order which I wrote to cancel as not fit for purpose. Sent it out anyway charging me £3.35. When returning there was another postage charge of £3.35 and no free return like other eBay businesses. There was no refund on both charges and cost me £6.70 for something I cancelled in the correct time frame.
