This glass cover was ordered in the out of hours part of the weekend, processed Monday, despatched Tuesday and delivered Thursday. Packaging was excellent, well labelled as Fragile and arrived undamaged. If I ever need to use this company again I will have no hesitation in doing so.

    The seller was advertising the same product as a shop second, much cheaper, but I wanted an A1 product so paid full price. The product arrived and was clearly a shop second. No packaging, very dirty and grubby and fibre washers missing. The seller offered a £5 refund, so I returned the item. I then purchased the same item from a different supplier only to find out that it was the same supplier as the previous item, but trading under a different eBay name. This is not an honest seller.

Although I am disappointed that the item got damaged, even though it was very well packaged. the whole process was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be using this seller again.
