  I buy the item 5 minutes later they cancelled the order no explanation why and saying they issued a refund it will take up to 5 days to be processed it more than 2 weeks i haven't see that refund i contacted them he say he did and ask me to get in touch with PayPal wish is a company more evasive than focusing on resolving problems so let it go let them keep the 13 dollars I won't be more Rich or poor with that loss so be aware when you buy from this specific store or seller

  eBay sellers are private individuals and sometimes make mistakes in their listings. In your case there was a typo in the price listing an item as 2.99 that was meant to be listed at 29.99. A refund was immediately issued and processed the same day. eBay handles financial transactions not individual sellers. A refund for your purchase was processed from my account as I can see it in my records. I recommended that you contact eBay (not PayPal). I see that my advice was not heeded. Have a nice day!
