  recently had a terrible experience with a seller who misled me in the item description and sent me a completely different product. Needless to say, I would not recommend purchasing from this seller. I tried reaching out to their customer service for assistance, but received no response whatsoever. It's clear that their customer service and item descriptions cannot be trusted, and I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received.   Item arrived damaged due to poor packing by seller who took no steps to protect it while in transit or it was already broken when placed in the shipping envelope. The listing did not report the item as damaged and photos show the item in it's original box. I have messaged the seller asking for a refund and have received no reply.   The reviews are true. Weird experience. I bought three TEN PACKS of knobs. So 30 total knobs. But only received THREE TOTAL KNOBS. Messaged seller and he immediately replied, apologized and said he'd get the remaining 27 knobs shipped. Then he stopped responding for 2 days and I had to get ebay involved. Not sure why so odd, but the other reviews appear to be very true.
