    The shipping was fine, and item was packed well. However, the item was not as described, as an item was missing. Seller wanted me to contact them, and I was hoping to hear that they had found the missing boxers. The seller also stated that maybe they would do a partial refund. I was not interested in the refund, since the item was so low priced, but would have like to hear from the seller as promised, so I was disappointed and would give them a 3 out of 5 for customer service.
