  Item arrived completely destroyed and useless, glass and many small plastic pieces were shattered. Contacted seller for a refund, they said they sent a full refund but only refunded me the cost of the item, not the considerable cost of international shipping. Didn't reply to a subsequent message after more than 3 days, forcing me to contact ebay to try to get the rest of my refund.
