    Unfortunately my HP printer would not accept the replacement. Great customer service, though. They sent a second one free and it didn’t work either. So customer service gave me a refund of $22 on a purchase price of $37, which I thought was fair given the cost of shipping 2 printer heads from China to the USA. Well worth the risk given the cost of a new higher end HP printer, currently about $400. Quality of the printer heads looked excellent. Like new in appearance.
