    Very professional transaction. RO Filter is very high quality with excellent startup and maintenance materials. Unit was packed extremely well. I bought a RO unit like this a year ago from this seller. I was so impressed, that I bought another one for my lake house. Representative Francis was very helpful with getting the warranty registered.

    I had an initial issue with registering for warranty but that was more of a me issue. A portion of the unit arrives wet but thats because they test it before shipping. I called customer service and immediately spoke to a person, Ms Michelle was very helpful and had the answers I needed. Very nice RO system superbly packaged with excellent instructions. There is also an installation video on youtube that you should watch.
