  I am glad that your card arrived in the condition promised, but I am confused as to why there was a reason from one experienced seller to a newer store seller to give the negative feedback. I care deeply for my customers and there was no communication from you about wanting to make sure you had premium shipping for your $3 card. We did communicate about the actual card, but why such a poor review when you received your item in great condition. It was protected in the thank you card.
