    We are also sorry. This buyer seemed confused, and a little disorientated on what they purchased. We shipped them just what was pictured, but they stated they were "uncomfortable" with it. We sold them a contactor,.....not a Lazy-boy reclining chair. We took their return and sent them a refund. I hope they are now "comfortable".
