    Came in New - Unissued condition. Shipped quickly. It was covered in old gun oil in the packing, I just hit it with some break cleaner and reoiled it with new oil. FYI: If you want to use this on anything other than a government profile barrel you'll need to buy new screws. Just get some M4-7 screws.
