The line was fine, but the seller’s attitude sucked. They sent me the wrong item and shrugged off the inconvenience of the return. Then they kept pestering me to “close the case” even though I hadn’t gotten the product yet. Then they somehow spin it that I’m at fault and they’re the victim. I swear I will never buy another thing from them. If all goes well, you might be OK ordering something. But if you have to deal with their f*up, it’s miserable.

Crossed a label in error very sorry. Paid for label to return. Sent correct item. Sent messages to close the return. Ebay requires us to respond. Sorry that upset you. Sad to see a customer lash out at people like us. Sorry again we made a human error. The other customer was very understanding and kind. Looks like you have now damaged our 100% feedback.
