    When asked to verify vehicle info for a dash kit fit, it was determined it fit the vehicle. But it did not. Wire harness and antenna adapter worked but the stereo bezzle/housing did not. Listing description states to contact seller to confirm fit. But i thought that's what I did when inputting vehicle data into vehicle fit confirmation section. I contacted seller and was told I can return item but was going to be charged a restocking fee.

    We apologize again that YOU did not understand what a "radio delete" model vehicle is. When your vehicle comes with a factory radio, it is different and requires a different kit. As we tried to explain to you! Unfortunately, we can't force YOU to read the notes & the description. We mentioned this many, many times. We try to avoid situations like this by including the information. Even offered you the ability to return! Even when we don't accept returns. Sometimes you can't make everyone happy.
