I purchased a VIVIMAGE Explore 3 projector from IndyGoodz and the remote didn't work. I tried to work with the seller to try a different remote. When that remote didn't work we concluded that the unit was defective. The seller clearly didn't verify that the unit worked before selling it. Then they would not accept a return for the defective unit because in our effort to work with them on the remote we were outside the return window. Buyer beware.
