    The Seller failed to respond to message regarding the following issues:- Item delivered was not as described viz: A) The vernier scale stamped on the item shows 1Div. = 0.002mm, but actually is 1 Div. = 0.01mm B) The cutting stage is only 67mm dia. not 80mm as described C) The sectioning knife is unsuitable as a sectioning knife as it is double-concave, not plano-concave as described. Additionally, the internal box compartment is broken in half.
