Unfortunately, the item was not in stock despite being listed as available, and the seller marked it as posted when it hadn’t even shipped.
Next they asked if I wanted a refund, but it seemed like they were trying to pressure me into requesting a cancellation, likely to avoid any penalties from eBay. I opted to follow the official eBay process instead and opened an "Item Not Received" case after the item didn’t arrive.
I was refunded after that, but the process could have been handled better.

Good quality in excellent condition new. Poor delivery item came from Amazon for which I didn't have the 6 digit code and the seller had not provided it caused a lot of unnecessary issues.
