    Headset is functional and packaging was well done, but the condition of all of the items were clearly exaggerated. It is at best “fair” quality. The anti-glare coating is damaged, minor scuffs here and there, and panels on the controllers were snapped out of place. Those same panels don’t flush well with each other. Worst of all, there was adhesive residue that I had to clean off, making me feel as though this is far from being professionally refurbished. If marked “fair,” I’f be more lenient.
