  Shipped me a non working part. Then tells me that it came from a car with other working parts. Bottom line is they didn’t even verify the most basic functionality, which would’ve taken less than a minute.

  Ironically buyer refuses to return item for a full refund and we pay for the return shipping? Its good that he left this negative on a part he claims doesn't work (who would keep a part they make a stink about being bad?) but refuses to return. It will remain so other would be buyers that will try this will know we will not bend. No games here.
