Our goal is to provide extremely knowledgeable technical sales help for the online market place. We are dedicated to selling you the best products for your specific application, not the most expensive! We have three main warehouses, one near Dayton, OH, another near Atlanta, GA and one near Salem, OR. Our company is open 8am-11pm EST Mon-Fri and 10am-6pm EST Saturday. We are readily available to respond to eBay messages 8am-5pm EST Mon-Fri.     This is the second Cielo Smart T-Stat I have purchased for my home. These units are little more costly than the step down version but what you get is the ability to use either the screen or your smart phone to control it. The eco version you have to use your smart phone which in my mind is not as useful in all cases. Cielo customer service is by far the best I have ever used. During both k stallions I had a minor issue which they helped with immediately. Great looking Stat as well. Super easy.
