    I ordered a "new" control board for my dad's furnace. He put it in and it ran the furnace for a little bit and quit. We had a technician out and he said the board wasn't new. He put another one in and it has been working ever since. I was told by the seller to send it back but when I started a return the seller declined it. Now he quit responding to my messages.
