    Shipping took place in less than 24hrs like we always do. Delivery might have taken longer, but unfortunately that is out of our control and not the seller's fault. You did receive a tracking number with your order. Hope you understand we can't be checking tracking numbers on all orders and keep customers posted on their delivery status. But if contacted, we always check on progress and try to answer all concerns. In this particular case, we didn't receive a single message from you.
