This hinge is out of production and the replacement connects differently to the door which I didn't want to deal with. Hinge King offered: 1) the OEM complete hinge, 2) the OEM 048 base face plate, or 3) this after market version that he makes and that is what I chose. It fits and works together with my existing OEM one - same spacing. It seems durable with all 4 screws in. I don't think this one will fail in the same spot the OEM one did.
