    Product was new in package. Shipping cost was higher then i would have liked. For the amount of shipping cost i assumed it would have been sent quicker. Or at least with more priority

    Yes, the price of shipping has gone up. We don't set the prices, it's auto calculated by weight and location, and You were shown the price of the shipping fees before agreeing to the purchase. Don't buy it then, if your going to complain. You should have found a seller that was closer to you.
