    Unreal. This item was shipped on August 4th, tracking confirms. Blames me for the USPS not delivering the item. Clearly the buyer doesn't understand that delivery times are estimates and the eBay Standard Envelope can take up to 3 weeks. Even offered a refund if they didn't arrive by 8/23. Plan on reporting him.
