    Whilst the seller was not responsible for the situation of Evri losing this parcel twice-(typical EVRI situation-no contact, no updates, no customer service responses). The seller chose to use them. The packaging is all beat up but the quality of the packaging ensured the there's no damage to the album. I don't understand why sellers use EVRI to deliver vinyl-they don't provide the care that Royal Mail do during process and delivery.
