  I ordered the plain Castrol mug pictured - they sent a different Castrol mug. When I queried it they said the mug I ordered was not available and had been replaced with a different one but the picture had not been changed. They offered a refund but told me I would have to pay the return postage which cost me £4.50. That was several weeks ago now and the picture still hasn't been changed.

  Ordered on the 19th Aug, still waiting on 9th Sept, make your own mind up, seller will tell you he was on holiday, a pity the buyer wasn’t told until 2 weeks in, I wouldn’t use again
