item never arrived. no tracking provided. I opened a case that I haven't received an item but I still want it. been advised to reopen a new case for a refund instead. so I had to close the case before which automatically switched to "closed case" and I cannot open a new one. sent message to the seller but seems like once the case appears closed they don't care . no item . no money
