    hard drive wasn't recognised by my ps5 or my laptop asked seller to accept a return but they ignored my messages and ebay had to step in finally was able to send the item back and get a refund.

    An Absolutely ridiculous Ebayer. Our listing clearly states to contact us to let us know if you want it set-up for ps5. We received NO message from you to let us know and then you complain it doesn't work and opened up a case.? We sent you numerous messages with how to set-it up yourself including video tutorials on youtube and again no response from you. Clearly you have a problem with communicating and taking action and like to think everyone except yourself is to blame. Reported to ebay
