  I ordered and paid for this item 9th September. It arrived over 3 weeks later. I sent 2 messages asking what was happening but got no reply. The item itself is good quality and was well packaged. Shame about the poor service as this would have been positive feedback. Wouldnt buy from this seller again

  Came just as the photos with screws and plugs included. Arrived well packaged with more than enough bubble wrap to keep it safe. The currier some how managed to damage the shelf, despite the protection. The seller immediately sent a replacement which arrived promptly. Good quality. Perfect condition. Reasonably priced. Looks brilliant on my wall. Great service all round, would recommend.

  Item is lovely! However, it took an absolute age to arrive. Messaged seller to enquire as to the dispatch of the item (because I hadn't heard anything for 10 days) suddenly with no communication the item was posted. Not complaining about the quality or the P&P just the long delivery time. Overall happy, also glad it came with a fitting kit as others I had come across didn't. Slight small issue, I did have to drill out the fitting holes a little as there was a little debris there. Easy enough.
