    Unfortunately item was misplaced by USPS. However the seller promptly issued a refund on the second contact when the item still had not arrived only indicating "label-created not received by USPS". After the refund was issued the item later showed up in the system after I had the purchased shampoo elsewhere. Seller provided a return label and I shipped the item back promptly. Frustrating for all parties, however this seller was extremely courteous and easy to work with. Thank you.
