  Avoid this seller at all costs. I returned the item through Royal Mail, but the tracking isn’t updating and Royal Mail won’t provide any info for 25 working days after the delivery due date. When I asked the seller if they’d received it, they just sent me a useless screenshot of eBay’s tracking tool! Clearly, they don’t even bother tracking returns in their own warehouse. They have now closed my return request while I’m still stuck waiting for Royal Mail’s update. I've lost over £100
