    Easy to fit with the bike up on the paddock stand (we did a 2-person job but could easily be a 1-person fit). Works great, bike is so much more stable on this. My only small criticisms would be it could do with a peg to hook your foot on to pull it down (you can get your foot around the foot of the stand but it's fiddly), and the locking screw for the length adjustment sits quite far out which isn't aesthetically ideal. Overall pleased, good value, arrived in reasonable time.
