    I have purchased 2 bags from 2 different sellers & both bags that I received were not what was described within the sellers description of the bag. I want a bag that is 16” long & the first one I got, from this seller, was only 14” long & when I contacted them about it they would only give me a partial refund. Now, I’ve bought another one from another seller & after receiving it I see that it is over 18” long. I don’t understand why they would put in the description a 16” bag when it’s not.

    Genuine and stylish leather backpack in tan color, and green canvas inside. Had a strong pungent chemical smell initially that didn’t go away with leather car air freshener and spray. Finally I used chemical guys leather conditioner with leather fragrance and that solved the problem. Suggestion for the manufacturer would be to attach the backpack fasteners further apart. Shipped fast in 5 days from India. Seller communicated well. Overall a good experience.

    Absolutely love the bag! I was debating cause of cost but once I got it, the more I use it the more I love it! I use it every 3 days to carry things to and from work. Not as big as I thought it would be but it isn’t far from smaller than I thought either. I’ve waited about 2 years to buy this and I do not regret one penny of it, only the time it took for me to buy it!
