They managed to contact me and arranged for a new delivery of the product I originally ordered. Unfortunately I was unable to send back the wrong product they had sent as I thought I was going to have to keep it so gave it to a family member to use. After all this they were happy for me to receive the original product via a fast delivery service. Thanks for sorting.
