    We shipped exactly what you ordered, the gray and black knob to the left, you ordered wrong and that we can’t control. Now you are showing this pictures to mislead the situation but why don’t you say which one is yours and which was sent? The one you should have ordered is the one to the right, a SILVER HEAVY KNOB very different than the one I have listed. Not our mistake, yours, not our responsibility to correct we don’t take returns for buyers remorse and threaten with feedback.

    I I wish seller would have read my note asking to ship with a faster service or to let me provide a faster prepaid label. I was desperately needing this for a repair that I had to do. Was left 2 weeks with no washer and soaked floors.

    We wish buyers could be more honest at the time of leaving feedbacks, you placed the order on June 28th and your item was delivered July 5th, we even paid more than what you paid for your shipping label since you paid for ground advantage and we change it to priority in order for you to receive it sooner. I don’t see how two weeks past here from the 28 to the 5th is 8 days and you have to think and count you placed the order on a weekend…..thank you!!
