This seller promptly sent my item only to have a very poor delivery agent claim he was unable to deliver- ridiculous as it was clearly able to fit through the letter box! Thanks to the help and intervention of the seller, it was resent and the seller added the instruction to put into the letter box, which the delivery agent was able to do on this occasion, strange he could not do it on first visit! My seller was persistent with the deliver agent and as a result I received my book-big thanks!
