    The item as well constructed. The condition new. The value was OK for the money. The appearance was as described. Installation was VERY difficult. The problem was getting the old set off of the ladder. Finally, I found that by using a very large metal drill bit, I could remove the cap of the metal rivet, and then by using a metal punch, I could remote rivet that was holding the old wheel assembly in place.
