    So the headphones were well packed, arrived quickly, and appeared pristine. Unfortunately, they didn't work because they wouldn't hold a charge. That said—two things: first, Apple was able to repair them because they still had an Apple are policy attached, so lucky me! Second, the seller was willing and able to offer me either a partial refund or a return! I took the partial refund, which they honored even after Apple fixed them! Kind and honorable seller; thank you!

    Item description was spot on and shipping was pretty quick, They were overpacked, which probably lends itself to the higher shipping costs, that's why it's 3 stars.
