  I purchased a Fluke Networks LRPRO-LION backup battery and requested a return for an unused item. Unfortunately, the seller denied my request without offering any reasonable solution and simply canceled the return. This experience was disappointing.   This was a good purchase, though it did not have the BASIC rom. Although that is why I bought it, and the seller did offer to take it back, I kept it with plans to do something with it in the near future.
